Rhea Shay joined Cantrell & Associates in October 2018 bringing her passion, desire and willingness to settle for nothing less than excellence.

She has played an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.  As an Administrator, she planned and coordinated a total reorganization of our office functionally as well as cosmetically.   In the short span of one year she seamlessly transformed Cantrell & Associates internally by starting with the filing system. She moved the firm from a paper filing system to a total paperless platform in three months time.  In the following months she demolished and remodeled the floor space of 25 years into a new open concept environment. 

She currently oversees the office day to day operations and coordinating the business office and staff needs.

Rhea Shay has over twenty years experience in managing corporate offices and start ups for medical practices.
